What applies to you

You will work closely with pre-sales team and the sales team to understand customer requirements, prepare solution proposals, and support the end-to-end sales cycle.

What you will do

• Assist in understanding customer needs and mapping solutions accordingly.
• Support in prepare and deliver basic product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions under guidance.
• Support the creation of technical and commercial proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with customer requirements.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer use cases to strengthen solution positioning.
• Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities and provide regular status updates.
• Learn and stay up to date with product features, industry trends, and best practices.

Job Requirements

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in technology, solutions consulting, and customer engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
