Job Description

What applies to you

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to understand client requirements, translate them into precise solution proposals, and support the sales cycle with documentation, demos, and strategic insights. 

What you will do

  • Domain Knowledge – Ideally with experience in Banking, Finance Institution particularly candidate with Corporate Banking or Treasury (separate resources preferred, but having both is a plus).
  • Pre-Sales Operational Capability – Able to monitor, track, and control items in our pre-sales system.
  • Professional Presence – Can carry themselves well in meetings, whether client-facing or working directly with the Sales team.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (EQ) – Able to work closely with Sales, follow up on pipelines, and maintain authority without being pushed over.
  • Process & Compliance Discipline – Able to prepare materials and enforce procedures, as this is important for leadership.
  • Sales & Solution Engagement Skills – Understands customer needs, maps solutions, and supports pitches or presentations where relevant.
  • Collaboration & Initiative – Works across teams proactively, adding value to the sales cycle, not just in a support role.

Job Requirements

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, pre-sales, or solution consulting (preferably in financial services).
  • Familiarity with pre-sales processes such as RFP/RFI responses, proposal writing, and demo coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in both client-facing and internal discussions.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
