Job Description

Company :

Assist the Product Support department in achieving its strategic sales goals through business / process improvement initiatives.

Provide insights and proposals to management and identify opportunities to PSSRs through data analysis to support branch network in meeting targets and goals.

Maintain a data library pertaining to sales funnel, opportunities, machine population & accounts information to track and manage sales performance.

Supporting Specialists in event management and sales generation.

Responsible for all Major Classes sales performance by assisting Specialist to identify opportunities and leads through data analysis.

Analyze, track and report competitive activities & pricing. Conduct regular analysis of competitor strengths and weaknesses. Work with PSSR team and branches to gather competitive information.

Ensure accuracy of commission payout to PSSR team by validating sales data, actual individual contribution and account assignment to PSSR.

Conduct CAT Care Schools/Product Training for customers/PSSRs on an as-and-when basis.

To provide sales support to branches & liaise with Caterpillar rep pertaining to product issues, development & implementation of sales plan.

Work closely with other Departments, namely Service, Parts Operations, Sales in promoting company’s total product support efforts to grow product support activities.

To carry out Product Support functions or any other duties as instructed by management.
