Job Responsibilities

• Assist Division CFO in reviewing and coordinating the drafting of the Industrial Division

MIS reporting and Monthly Division Reports for Industrial Division and Sime Darby

Berhad (“SDB”)

• Ensure timely and reasonably accurate submission of monthly Industrial Division and

Quarterly reports to Group Finance.

• Timely consolidation and review of Monthly consolidated Financial Reports for Group

BPC reporting of the Industrial Division and it’s subdivisions in compliance with the

Group’s Policies and Authorities (“GPA”).

• Coordinate and consolidate the Industrial Division Annual Budget Management Plan

(“Budget”) across all Regions within the Division (Aust/Pac Islands, New Zealand,

China/HK, Malaysia, and Singapore). Prepare and draft the Strategy Blueprint Financial

document for Board Challenge annually for CFO review.

• Annual Regional coordination of regional consolidated financial statements and

preparation of the consolidated financial statements of Industrial Division – Sime Darby

Industrial Holdings Sdn Bhd. This encompasses coordinating the audit and related

process reviews with group external auditors, PwC.

• Working with other regions to provide reporting on key Division initiatives including

Return on Invested Capital and Return on Equity

• To provide forward looking insights to assist in the Divisional forecast in terms of order

book, WIP backlog and market data analysis.

• General coordination of reporting and compliance activities across all Regions with

Group Finance.

• To delegate work to Senior Executive, provide guidance and review to ensure strategic

targets are met.
