Sime Darby Auto ConneXion Sdn. Bhd.- Carry out service advice together with the customer
- Note and record comments from customers pertaining to vehicles
- Create complete and detailed orders with vehicle data, diagnosis, estimated Standard Repair Time and work hours, completion date, scope of costs, etc
- Check and approve the complete and correct invoicing for services
- Record vehicle data in the customer file
