Job Description

Company :

Technical Sales Support:

• Provide technical support during the pre-sales process, including the preparation of technical proposals, product presentations, and customer consultations.

• Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from the company’s product portfolio.

Application Engineering:

• Conduct application engineering tasks such as product selection, design validation, and technical analysis to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer specifications and industry standards.

• Assist in customizing standard products to meet specific customer requirements, working with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions.

Proposal and Tender Preparation:

• Prepare detailed technical proposals and tenders, ensuring that all technical aspects are accurately represented and that proposals meet customer and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all commercial aspects of proposals are aligned with technical solutions.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing ongoing technical support and addressing any concerns that arise during the sales and post-sales process.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical solutions and timely responses to inquiries.
