Company :
Tractors Petroleum Services- Responsible in overall tendering exercise and project implementation.
- Responsible in preparation of package proposals, execution of the purchase orders, monitoring projects progress and schedule of delivery, co-ordinate flow of project information between the principals and clients, interfacing with the principal’s representative and the fabricators during the installation of the equipment / module.
- Maintain customer relations with key customers in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Evaluate and maintain at site servicing progress.
- Address of customer’s issues and complaints.
- Follow-up with customer and vendor in completing service work.
- Monitoring payment schedule, invoicing and liaising with Account Department on project payment transactions.
- To collect competitive information and to conduct lost sales analysis.
