Job Description
Company :
Tractors Petroleum Services- Communication with customer on aftersales service-related products improvement program, warranty issues, service training programs, preventive maintenance package, any other business opportunity and etc.
- Respond to customers repairs including preparing repair quotations to customers, products improvement, corrective maintenance and recommendation.
- Coordinate with project team on any engineering services extended to customers.
- Opening and monitoring up to closing and invoicing service jobs to customers and sales department.
- Coordination with Parts Department for service jobs related parts requirement and follow-up on back order parts required.
- Daily administration of technicians including allocation of service jobs.
- Interpret service manual and assist technicians for equipment troubleshooting.
- Prepare work-pack, work method statement for customer approval prior mobilize technicians to the site.
- Organize tools box meeting, evaluate job hazard analysis together with the technicians prior mobilize to the site.
- Experience with equipment/ machinery sales or parts sales will be added advantages.
