  • To implement sales & marketing programs set by the management to achieve desired sales objectives and goals.
  • Propose and implement branch / sales activities or programme to attract customers into the showroom.
  • Oversee and guide sales executive / supervisor in implementing sales and marketing program set by the management to achieve desired objective and goals.
  • Adhere strictly and implement accordingly the company’s accounting polices pertaining to discount structure, claims, cash transactions etc. To liaise with Manager – Finance on all finance related issues.
  • Maintain good rapport with fleet owners, government department personnel and head office staff.
  • Ensure proper delegation of duties and responsibilities to the subordinates.
  • Ensure the company objectives and policies are adhered and achieved.
  • Update the Senior Manager of the performance and progress of the branch.
  • Ensure other trading incomes especially finance commission and insurance commission is obtained from vehicles sales so as to maximize vehicle profit.
  • Recruit sub dealers and supporters for incremental unit sales.
  • Maintain good after sales service towards customers.
  • Develop and upgrade sales personnel product knowledge.
  • Negotiate with vehicle body builder contractors for better pricing.
  • Conduct weekly meeting with the sales personnel and parts & service personnel. Occupational safety & health meeting every 3 months.
  • Prepare monthly OTD and supplementary orders when need arises, weekly report and monthly trading sheet.
  • Arrange for vehicle display at leading shopping complexes.
  • Participate in vehicle tenders.
  • Keep up with competitors’ activities and local market environment.
  • Manage the overall operations of the branch and undertaking ad-hoc assignments from the higher authority from time to time.

Additional Job Role :

  • As key person to handle the induction program of Sales Advisor for a new hires of overall branch.
  • As key person to give briefing and training to all new hires pertaining to the Sales processes and requirement from BMW M.
  • Ensure all new and existing Sales Advisors for all the branches are well trained and upto date with regards to the Sales processes and requirement from BMW M.
