Company :

• To carry out Cat E&T – daily Engine Packaging workshop operations i.e. PDI, installing, servicing, repairing, assist in-house & customer witness testing, assist troubleshooting issues & functions, and all other related workshop activities including at field 2. Work alongside lead technicians or service senior and should be able to read instructions and communicate effectively
• To participate lead technicians or service senior during customer on product support inquiries
• Adhere to company ESH programs and procedures

·       Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to workshop operations and work safety.

·       Carry out installation on all types of SDI supported engines in compliance to standards set by principals & divisional SQM & cleanliness requirements.

·       Upon completion of the Packaging/Service job, maintains paperwork documentation of work performed in a complete and timely manner including JAF report, Time Cards, Sims reports, parts returns & other installation related reports deemed necessary.

·       Activities require handling and grasping with hands while performing installations and maintenance of equipment by utilizing hand tools, power tools, air tools, nuts, bolts, electronic controls and other parts.

·       Communicates with leading technicians & Service seniors for equipment maintenance and installation requirements.

·       To work closely with leading technicians & Service seniors to complete assigned jobs in a timely and efficient manner.

·       Transport components, parts, and equipment as directed around the facility. 8. Maintain and clean workplace and tools to ensure they are always kept in a safe and usable condition.

·       Reporting if found any damages or faulty to manager or service seniors.

Perform other tasks as required by manager and service seniors
