Company :
Sime Darby Rent-A-Car Sdn. Bhd.- Oversee the management of permits for all fleet vehicles across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
- Ensure timely renewal of permits for existing vehicles to maintain full legal compliance.
- Coordinate the registration of new vehicles and secure necessary permits to enable seamless deployment.
- Manage the cancellation and disposal processes for permits of vehicles that have reached the end of their operational lifespan.
- Collaborate with the Agensi Pengangkutan Awam Darat (APAD) for vehicles in Peninsular Malaysia, leveraging the ISPKP system for efficient permit applications.
- Liaise with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture Malaysia for vehicles in Sabah and Sarawak, utilizing the TOURLIST system for permit applications.
- Maintain proactive communication with system developers to address technical issues and ensure smooth operations of the ISPKP and TOURLIST systems.
- Serve as the main point of contact for branches on vehicle permit matters, providing timely solutions to inquiries and concerns.
