Job Description

Company :

Inokom Corporation Sdn. Bhd.

1.    To lead, coordinate, manage team and operation of product audit, parts quality assurance and after sales.

2.    To manage customer complaints, to lead, coordinate and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

3.    To lead, coordinate and manage the process and launching of new product and model.

4.    To continuously feedback on required improvement on product quality through buy-off results.

5.    To control product quality and follow through correction action countermeasure effectiveness

6.    To ensure the implementation of cost reduction as well as Kaizen activities

7.    To ensure inspection SOP and PWS (Program Worksheet) are established and followed by all on current and new model.

8.    To be acting superior during his/her absence.

9.    To coordinate preventive activities with QA and manufacturing team.

10.  To liaise with principal and vendors related to quality improvement matters within all CPP QA operation scope.

11.  Analyze and update management of product daily quality level.

12.  To coordinate and ensure the implementation of necessary quality campaign and audit based on feedback to create awareness culture towards ‘Do It Right First Time’

13.  To motivate and lead subordinate to greater performance

14.  To ensure safe environment for subordinate

15.  To perform tasks given by superior

16.  To execute the General Duties of Employer part IV Section 15 of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA 1994) and Environmental Quality Act (EQS 1974)

17.  Drive for Corrective and Preventive cross-functional follow-up actions on major issues pertaining to product/parts/material quality, customer complaints, through cross-functional initiatives.

18.  Perform liaison activities with external service providers, contractors, and Chery partners, on matters related to product quality issues, operations development, and implementation.

19.  Attends inter and intra department meetings and teleconferences conferences, meeting discussions related to quality issues and warranty.

20.  Develop people with the required skill & knowledge to maximize performance. Implement company's policies and procedures.

Assist Head of Department on daily quality operation.
