Company :
Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd• To promote Cat Product Support Services to equipment owners.
• Plan customer calls and ensure coverage is adequate as per PAR (required calls per year).
• To foster good customer relations and assist customer on Cat equipment maintenance.
• To coordinate on service quotations and repair with service department.
• Provide and share competitive market information as well as updates on changes in customer and market situation.
• Assist to collections for payment.
• Responsible in maintaining all normal and doubtful accounts within 30 credit days.
• Recommends legal action for delinquent customers closing of accounts that are no longer active
• Submit commission claims and relevant report timely for processing.
