Job Description

Company :

• Systematically plan sales coverage activities for the assigned customer at the designated territory.
• Ensure effective coverage of customers by closely adhering to the Planned Annual Rate (PAR) call to ensure the minimum calls are met for the various categories of customers.
• Responsible for calling customers at their offices and work sites/camps on a scheduled basis.
• Responsible for promoting the SDI Rental, Used, New, SEM and Parts & Services Merchandising Program such as CSA and SOS with the results and recommendations for each program promptly presented to customers.
• To promote any parts sales and service sales campaign launched by the SDI and ensure all customers are aware and understand the benefits of these campaigns.
• To ensure prompt and accurate reporting of customer/ equipment population, customer coverage/ call, lost sales, prospects, custom track service and machine inspection programme are carried out.
• Responsible for reporting on competitive activities and all lost sales. Lost sales must be reported in SalesLink as they occur and submitted promptly.
• Responsible for collection of overdue debts of all customer accounts assigned to and for keeping the customer’s debts within his credit period on TIMELY basis.
• Responsible to prospect for new customer to develop new business and customer base.
• Refer all After Sales opportunities (parts & services) to immediate superior.
• Participate in all trainings, meetings, briefing, certification etc to improve knowledge, skillset and competency.
