Job Description

Company :

• Guide and support the service team in identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer guidelines and technical standards.
• Manage job scheduling for timely and cost-effective completion.
• Optimize workforce allocation.
• Oversee parts requisition, monitor ETAs, and ensure prompt delivery.
• Prepare accurate service quotations using the AX System.
• Maintain complete and timely documentation, including time cards, service reports, and warranty claims.
• Ensure tools, service vehicles, and work areas are clean, safe, and in top condition.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and service staff on job progress and technical tasks.
• Review and approve daily timecards; ensure all service costs are properly accounted for before invoicing.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols in both workshop and field environment.
