Job Description

Company :

• Supervise and support the daily activities of the billing team
• Ensure invoices are prepared, checked and submitted accurately and on time
• Monitor billing transactions and follow up on outstanding issues
• Review billing records and ensure data accuracy
• Attend meeting with clients, handle and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues
• Prepare billing reports and provide updates to management
• Train, guide and monitor team members' performance
• Ensure the team follows company policies and billing procedures
• Assist the Billing Manager with process improvements and other assigned tasks
