Job Description

Company :

1.    Perform electrical repairs and troubleshoot issues on CAT engines and equipment.
2.    Conduct diagnostic evaluations using CAT advanced diagnostic tools to assess equipment performance.
3.    Ensure all repair procedures align with service manual instructions and technical specifications.
4.    Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering strictly to safety and cleanliness standards.
5.    Complete service jobs efficiently, adhering to Standard Job Hour guidelines.
6.    Collaborate with supervisors to address and resolve work constraints effectively.
7.    Perform repairs on all SDI-supported machinery, ensuring compliance with principal standards, divisional SQM, and cleanliness requirements.
8.    Utilize hand tools, power tools, air tools, electronic controls, and other parts to perform equipment repairs and maintenance, requiring manual dexterity and precision.
9.    Access and utilize service publications in both digital and print formats as needed.
10.    Determine and recommend the required parts for completing service jobs.
11.    Communicate effectively with lead technicians and Service Seniors regarding maintenance and repair requirements.
12.    Accurately document all work performed, including timecards, SIMS reports, parts returns, and other necessary repair-related reports, ensuring timely submission.
13.    Load and unload equipment from carriers while complying with SQM and safety standards.
14.    Prepare equipment for delivery in line with operational requirements.
15.    Stay updated on advancements in tooling, technologies, and systems relevant to the role.
