• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP consultants and analysts.
• Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to ensure high performance and professional development.

• Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, including project planning, resource allocation, and execution.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with technical teams to configure, customize, and integrate SAP modules as per business needs.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure system stability and performance
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
• Conduct regular system audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement best practices.
• Lead change management initiatives related to SAP implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to facilitate the effective use of SAP systems.
• Communicate system changes, updates, and best practices to stakeholders across the organization.
• Monitor system performance, analyzing key metrics and trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare and present regular reports on system performance, project status, and key metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with business analysts to define KPIs and metrics for measuring the effectiveness of SAP solutions.
• Manage and plan the establishment and implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems by implementing the appropriate, fit for purpose, simplified and standardized technology, processes and tools.
• Manage, implement, and the establishment and development of Business Improvement and ensure proper change management is in placed to minimize business impact.
• Interact with key stakeholders (including service providers like DXC and SAP) and ensure effective stakeholder management.
• Establishment of continuous improvement initiatives to support business analytics, consolidation, reporting applications, and processes.

Education / Professional Qualification

The Job

• Bachelor’s degree in the following:
• Computer Science,
• Information System,
• Accounting
• Or equivalent experiences.

• 8+ years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, VMS or Warranty.
• Strong management skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Possesses considerable knowledge, experience and leadership experience in functional & business processes areas.
• Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• SAP certification(s) preferred.
