Want a hands-on role that blends travel, technical analysis and clear career progression? Twin Pillars (a partner of Simplexify) is a regional valuation firm helping banks, insurers and businesses get accurate asset values across Asia. You will gain practical appraisal experience and a structured path to specialise in machinery valuation by working with Twin Pillars.

As a Valuation Analyst you will help build repeatable, high-quality appraisal work across projects and countries. You will learn to convert site inspections, photos and documents into consistent valuation outputs using standard methodologies. Over time you will take on more ownership of small projects and develop into a certified machinery valuer through on-the-job training and formal certification opportunities.

Your day will include on-site inspections, capturing clear evidence, organising paperwork and supporting project managers to meet tight deadlines. You should expect travel, rapid learning, and practical coaching from experienced valuers. Success means timely, accurate reports and visible improvement in your technical and client communication skills.

Job Requirements

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in customer site inspections for asset identification and analysis.
• Document assets through notes, videos, and photography.
• Collect and organize necessary documents for valuation.
• Apply consistent methodologies for accurate appraisals.
• Ensure efficient and precise work turnaround within tight deadlines.
• Develop project management skills, including client communication, task prioritization, and problem-solving.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by managers.

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised degree or diploma in business, commerce, valuation, accounting & finance, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Excel (a must) and familiarity with basic computer software (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and email).
• Excellent written and verbal English (required), plus proficiency in a second language.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to accommodate last-minute travel requirements.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
