Support appraisal projects across Asia as a Valuer Assistant, assisting on-site inspections, documenting assets, applying valuation methodologies, and developing into a specialised machinery valuer through on-the-job training and certification opportunities. Job Requirements

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in customer site inspections for asset identification and analysis.
• Document assets through notes, videos, and photography.
• Collect and organize necessary documents for valuation.
• Apply consistent methodologies for accurate appraisals.
• Ensure efficient and precise work turnaround within tight deadlines.
• Develop project management skills, including client communication, task prioritization, and problem-solving.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by managers.

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised degree or diploma in business, commerce, valuation, accounting & finance, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Excel (a must) and familiarity with basic computer software (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and email).
• Excellent written and verbal English (required), plus proficiency in a second language.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to accommodate last-minute travel requirements.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
