Our Ethos

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Field Engineer to join our Network Infrastructure team. This role involves conducting on-site network audits, supervising vendor works, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external vendors (data center providers, ISPs, and cabling partners) to maintain and improve network infrastructure reliability. 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct regular audits and inspections of network infrastructure and service partners. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Supervise data hall build-outs, ISP commissioning, and dark fiber deployments. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform route audits, network troubleshooting, and maintenance activities. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage vendor operations, access coordination, and site supervision. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support hardware installation, relocation, and replacement (IMAC). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle RMA inventory, spare parts, and tools management. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare detailed reports on site activities, inspections, and improvement actions. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company safety, technical, and quality standards.</li>
</ul>
