Digital Marketing & Content Support

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Support social media content creation for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), and LinkedIn.
• Assist in copywriting, content scheduling, and campaign coordination.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  

AI & Marketing Automation

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI platforms to support content creation and research.
• Assist in developing AI-driven workflows to improve marketing efficiency.
• Explore AI applications for customer engagement, lead generation, and business operations.
• Support prompt engineering and AI content optimization initiatives.
  

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in collecting and analyzing marketing campaign data.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track campaign performance.
• Support marketing performance monitoring using spreadsheets and analytics tools.
  

Basic Programming & Automation

• Apply basic Python skills to automate simple tasks, data processing, and reporting.
• Support internal projects involving AI, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Assist in testing and implementing digital tools and software solutions.
  

Administrative & Project Support

• Prepare presentation materials and marketing reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams on campaign execution.
• Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in:
• Marketing
• Digital Marketing
• Computer Science
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Data Science
• Information Technology
• Business Analytics
• Related disciplines
• Internship period of at least 3 months.

Technical Requirements

• Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Basic Python programming knowledge.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

Language Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to create or review content in Mandarin is preferred.
