Network Design & Implementation

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Routing, Switching, and Firewall solutions. 
• Perform network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure optimization projects. 
• Ensure network availability, performance, scalability, and security.
  

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

• Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations to customers. 
• Support the sales team with solution design, technical presentations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and proposal development. 
• Participate in customer meetings to understand business and technical requirements.
  

Post-Sales Support & Troubleshooting

• Lead deployment, configuration, and implementation of network solutions. 
• Diagnose and resolve network issues, performance bottlenecks, and critical incidents. 
• Perform root cause analysis and provide corrective recommendations.
  

Network Security & Performance Management

• Conduct network assessments, security audits, and risk evaluations. 
• Implement and maintain firewall, VPN, and security solutions. 
• Monitor network performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project delivery. 
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and technical documentation. 
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers when required.
  

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with emerging networking technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices. 
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend enhancements to existing infrastructure. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. 
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, implementation, and support. 
• Proven experience in enterprise network deployment and troubleshooting. 
• Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales technical support environments. 
• Professional certifications such as: 
• CCNA / CCNP (Cisco) 
• JNCIA / JNCIS (Juniper) 
• Huawei Certifications (HCIA / HCIP / HCIE) 
• Equivalent certifications are highly preferred. 
• Strong expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei networking technologies. 
• Solid knowledge of: 
• BGP 
• OSPF 
• MPLS 
• VPN Technologies 
• SD-WAN 
• Routing & Switching 
• Network Security 
• Experience with firewall technologies such as: 
• Cisco ASA 
• Fortinet 
• Palo Alto 
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
• Customer-focused with strong stakeholder management skills. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies. 
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders and clients. 
• Experience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
• Knowledge of network automation tools such as Python and Ansible. 
• Experience in data center networking environments. 
• Exposure to VoIP, wireless networking, and multi-vendor infrastructures.
