About the Role — We're building the next generation of finance professional: one who pairs financial fundamentals with AI tools to work faster and see more than a traditional analyst could alone. As an AI Finance Analyst Intern, you'll sit inside our Fulfilment team, supporting delivery of our Done-It-For-You (DIFY) financial modelling service to SME clients — working alongside our AI-assisted workflow rather than crunching spreadsheets in isolation.

What You'll Do: review client financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and help extract metrics/ratios/anomalies using AI-assisted tools; help synthesise discovery meeting notes into structured summaries; support quality checks on financial models before they reach clients; help prepare client-facing business direction documents (growth plans, revenue models, unit economics); apply the "No Data, No Talk" standard; sit in on internal case reviews and, where appropriate, client discovery sessions.

What You'll Learn: how to read and interrogate real SME financials, not textbook examples; how to use AI as a genuine analytical partner; the mechanics of financial modelling and investor-readiness from inside a live advisory practice; what actually makes a small business valuable, beyond just profitable.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; comfortable reading a basic financial statement (coursework-level is fine, no work experience required); curious about applying AI tools to real analytical work — active personal use is a plus; sharp attention to detail; able to commit to a minimum 3-month internship based in Skudai, Johor; strong written English. Nice to have: Excel-based modelling exposure, interest in startups/SMEs/fundraising, prior AI-tool use for research or analysis.
