Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

• Define audience targets and measurable goals for paid and organic campaigns across search, social, and display.
• Create clear campaign briefs and timelines that align with product launches and seasonal priorities.
• Coordinate budgets and recommend channel allocation based on early performance signals.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet regulatory and brand guidelines.

Content & Creative Execution

• Produce short-form ad copy, landing page content, and email copy that converts while staying on brand.
• Use simple design tools like Canva to iterate creatives and A/B test messaging quickly.
• Manage social content calendars and community touchpoints to support paid efforts and retention.
• Collaborate with designers to prepare assets sized for each platform and placement.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track campaign performance with Google Analytics and platform-level reporting, and turn numbers into clear next steps.
• Implement and verify basic tracking via Google Tag Manager and conversion pixels.
• Run A/B tests on creatives and landing pages and document learnings for the team.
• Share weekly performance summaries and simple recommendations to improve ROI.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0 years of professional experience is fine; internships, project work, or personal portfolios are welcome.
• Interest or basic exposure to fintech, digital payments, or lending is a plus.
• Comfort working in a small team with a hands-on, learning mindset.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic campaign reporting concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience with email tools (Mailchimp or similar), and content tools like Canva and basic Excel.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and simple on-page optimisation.
