Job Description

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payments
  • Record financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist with audits and compliance documentation
  • Respond to vendor and internal finance-related inquiries
  • Others if need by HOD

Salary range :RM2,300 - RM2,500

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Autocount or similar)
  • Experience with data entry, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
  • Ability to assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Familiarity with bank reconciliations and expense tracking
