 Job Overview

We are looking for a disciplined and results-driven Branch Manager to lead Gomoto's motorcycle accessories retail operations. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading the retail team, and delivering excellent customer service for premium brands such as SHOEI, Alpinestars, and Cardo.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Reporting Discipline

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with SOPs. 
• Monitor branch performance and prepare weekly operational reports. 
• Manage inventory, conduct stock audits, and minimise stock discrepancies. 

2. Local Marketing & Content Generation

• Create engaging photos, videos, and product content for social media. 
• Support local marketing campaigns and promotional events. 
• Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen Gomoto's brand presence. 

3. Sales & Customer Lead Management

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. 
• Monitor customer lead follow-ups and improve conversion rates. 
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues. 

4. Team Leadership & Accountability

• Lead, coach, and supervise the retail team. 
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor team performance. 
• Participate in weekly performance reviews and implement improvement plans.

Job Requirements

What You Will Need

•  At least 1 to 3 years of retail management, or any other relevant retail experience. 
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfort working with operational dashboards.
•  Proven ability to drive sales and manage branch profitability. 
•  Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays. 
•  Industry Passion: Passion or background in motorcycle accessories, or aftermarket is highly preferred.
•  Skills: Strong leadership, assertive communication, sales closing ability, and process enforcement mindset.
