As a Warehouse Packer you are the backbone of our fulfilment process. You will focus on accurate packing, neat presentation, and timely handover to drivers so customers and internal teams get what they need without fuss.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Packing & Order Fulfilment

• Pick items accurately from pick lists and prepare orders for shipment using barcode scanners and packing lists.
• Pack goods to specification, ensuring correct quantities, secure padding, and professional presentation.
• Label and stage completed orders for handover to drivers, maintaining on-time dispatch targets.

Inventory & Quality

• Inspect incoming and outgoing items for damage and report discrepancies to the warehouse lead.
• Record stock movements and assist with cycle counts to keep inventory records accurate.
• Follow quality checks to prevent returns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Coordination & Safety

• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to prioritise urgent orders and daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organised packing area and follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with basic equipment like trolleys and hand pallet jacks safely and as instructed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, packing, or fulfilment roles, preferably in a professional services or logistics environment.
• Basic numeric ability for counting and checking item quantities during shifts.
• Comfortable working morning or afternoon shifts and standing for extended periods.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with barcode scanning and basic inventory systems or willingness to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of safe manual handling practices and basic use of hand pallet jacks or trolleys.
• Competent with packing materials and techniques to protect varied items in transit.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to checking orders before dispatch.
• Reliable time management and the ability to meet daily targets with consistent quality.
• Good team communication and a positive attitude toward routine tasks and peer support.
