Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Transport materials, tools, furniture, and equipment from warehouse to project sites safely and on time. 
2. Collect materials, supplies, and purchases from suppliers as instructed. 
3. Load, unload, and arrange materials properly to prevent damage during transportation. 
4. Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods and materials. 
5. Prepare and issue materials according to site requests and project requirements. 
6. Maintain accurate records of stock movement, delivery, and material issuance. 
7. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory control. 
8. Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and materials are properly stored. 
9. Assist project teams in coordinating material deliveries and collections. 
10. Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of low stock items. 
11. Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and serviced according to schedule. 
12. Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues. 
13. Assist with site logistics, loading and unloading activities when required. 
14. Support general warehouse and operational duties assigned by management. 
15. Comply with company safety procedures and regulations during transportation and warehouse operations. 
16. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
    
      

工作职责

1. 负责驾驶公司货车（Van）运送材料、工具、家具及设备至工地（Site）。 
2. 根据项目需求，从仓库领取材料并准时送达工地。 
3. 根据采购安排，到供应商处提货及运送货物。 
4. 负责货物的装卸、搬运及摆放，确保货物安全无损。 
5. 操作叉车（Forklift）进行货物装卸及仓库整理工作。 
6. 接收、检查及记录进出仓货物数量和状态。 
7. 根据工地需求准备及发放材料。 
8. 协助管理库存，进行定期盘点及库存记录更新。 
9. 保持仓库整洁、有序及符合安全标准。 
10. 核对送货单、采购单及货物数量，确保资料准确无误。 
11. 协助安排及协调工地材料配送工作。 
12. 确保公司车辆保持良好状态，并按时进行保养及维修。 
13. 定期检查车辆状况，并及时汇报任何故障或维修需求。 
14. 遵守公司安全规定及交通法规。 
15. 根据公司安排，协助其他仓库、物流及项目相关工作。 
16. 完成上级或管理层不时指派的其他工作任务。

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D). 
• Possess a valid Goods Driving Licence (GDL). 
• Able to drive company van and other commercial vehicles as assigned. 
• Able to operate a forklift safely. 
• Familiar with local roads and project site locations. 
• Physically fit and capable of loading, unloading, and handling construction/interior fit-out materials. 
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and material delivery is an added advantage. 
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures is preferred.
