Job Description

Singapore Airlines is looking for suitable candidates who are enthusiastic, passionate, self-motivated and professional to join our dynamic Airport Operations team in KLIA. Being part of the Airport Operations team in KLIA, your job scope includes but not limited to the following:-

  • Provides professional customer services for airport check-in, arrival (including baggage related matters), departure (including overall responsible for departure punctuality), lounge, flight management, and to monitor the collection of ancillary charges like excess baggage and related fees
  • High situational awareness and work closely with our Ground Handling Agent and other vendors like Technical Handling Agent, Security Handling Vendor, Lounge Vendor, Crew Hotel and airport and government agencies to ensure smooth operations
  • On a rotation basis, the candidate is expected to contribute to admin duties such as verifying invoices, project works, report compilation, IT support and other office administrative duties including indenting/purchasing stationery, flight filing, flight operations & engineering matters 
  • Support the duty Customer Services Supervisor and Senior Customer Services Officers as and when required 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum STPM/A-Level/Diploma in any field 
  • Candidates with relevant working experience will have an advantage
  • Out-going and possesses a good customer service mindset 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written)
  • Good time management with ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
  • Dedicated team player and able to work well with others
  • Independent with a sense of personal responsibility and ownership 
  • The desire to excel
