The Video Content Creator is responsible to planning, creating, and editing video content for different platforms. 

• Brainstorm and develop creative video ideas and concepts.
• Create content plans and schedules to align with marketing or editorial calendars.
• Shoot and record video content using cameras, smartphones, or other recording equipment. 
• Ensure scripts are engaging, informative, and aligned with the target audience. 
• Edit and assemble video footage using video editing software. 
• Maintain consistency in branding elements, such as logos, colors, and fonts.
• Incorporate brand messaging and values into video content.
• Encourage viewer engagement through comments, likes, and shares. 
• Track video performance metrics, such as views, watch time, and engagement. 
• Collaborate with graphic designers, and other team members to create cohesive multimedia content. 
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, multimedia or any related field.
• Strong passion for business and a desire to pursue a career in management.
