Job Description

 SIXTH Interior is seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Draughtsperson to support our design and project teams in producing accurate technical drawings for residential and commercial interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior construction details, cabinetry, site coordination, and technical documentation. Beyond drafting, the candidate should be able to work closely with designers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure designs are translated accurately into buildable solutions.

Job Requirements

 Prepare detailed interior design drawings, including:

• Layout Plans
• Demolition Plans
• Electrical & Lighting Plans
• Ceiling Plans
• Flooring Plans
• Elevations & Sections
• Custom Carpentry Drawings
• Construction Detail Drawings
• Produce accurate technical and shop drawings for project execution.
• Coordinate with interior designers to develop practical and buildable solutions.
• Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure drawings align with site conditions.
• Conduct site measurements and site verification when required.
• Update and revise drawings according to project requirements and site conditions.
• Assist in preparing drawing submissions, project documentation, and material schedules.
• Ensure all drawings meet company standards and project timelines.
• Maintain organized drawing records and revision control.
