Job Description

• Create, manage, and publish engaging TikTok content to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth.
• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales, increase footfall, and enhance brand awareness.
• Support digital marketing activities, including managing social media content, scheduling posts, and assisting in performance marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with retail operations teams to support in-store promotions, events, and marketing activations.
• Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
•  Track and monitor campaign performance, preparing basic reports and insights for team review.
•  Support product launches, public relations activities, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities.
•  Assist in CRM initiatives and customer loyalty programs to improve customer engagement and retention.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience managing TikTok accounts, including content planning, shooting, editing, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in TikTok content creation tools and video editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
• Experience in retail, luxury, fashion, beauty, jewellery, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Speaking Chinese is an advantage.
