We're hiring a Marketing Executive who loves retail energy and clear results.

Role purpose

You will be the Builder for our marketing presence, creating campaigns, growing our e-commerce touchpoints, and making sure our brand feels consistent across store and online. Your work will turn ideas into measurable retail growth and better in-store experiences.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Brand & Campaigns

• Plan and execute seasonal and product campaigns, from concept to post-campaign reporting.
• Create short-form content and captions that match brand voice for social and email channels.
• Coordinate with external designers, photographers, and printers to deliver assets on time and on budget.
• Track campaign KPIs and recommend optimisations to improve conversion and footfall.

Digital & E-Commerce

• Manage social media calendars and run paid social campaigns with daily monitoring and budget pacing.
• Maintain product listings and promotions on our e-commerce channels and marketplaces.
• Use Google Analytics and platform insights to report weekly performance and suggest data-driven changes.
• Support basic site updates, banners, and A/B tests to improve click-through and checkout rates.

Retail Activation & Sales Support

• Work with store teams to plan in-store promotions, merchandising, and product training for sales staff.
• Organise small events and launches that drive showroom visits and local PR interest.
• Provide sales collateral and campaign briefs so store teams can convert traffic into sales.
• Collect customer feedback and share market observations to inform product and promotional plans.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail or e-commerce within Malaysia.
• Portfolio or examples of campaigns, social content, or marketplace success required.
• Available to work from our Taman Daya, JB office and travel to stores as needed.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with social media ad managers and basic paid campaign optimisation.
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms, e-commerce listing management, and promotions.
• Comfortable with Google Analytics, Excel reporting, and simple performance dashboards.
• Basic graphic tools such as Canva or Adobe Spark for quick asset edits.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong copy instincts and the ability to write clear, on-brand social content.
• Organised project management skills and the ability to hit deadlines across channels.
• Collaborative mindset, ready to work with stores, suppliers, and agencies.
