Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Greet customers and guide them through product features, materials, and care in a friendly, patient way.
• Recommend appropriate pieces based on customer needs and preferences to support closing sales.
• Follow up on enquiries and assist with simple after-sales requests to maintain long-term relationships.
• Meet daily sales targets through attentive service and timely product suggestions.

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Operate the POS system accurately, process cash and card payments, and issue receipts with care.
• Maintain attractive displays, restock shelves, and implement visual merchandising guidelines.
• Perform basic stock counts and report discrepancies to the store supervisor promptly.
• Keep the sales floor neat and safe, including packaging and product presentation.

Team & Learning

• Attend product and service training sessions and apply new knowledge on the floor.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and share practical tips learned from customer interactions.
• Accept feedback and act on coaching to improve sales technique and service quality.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors about customer trends and stock needs.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 years of retail experience are welcome.
• Ability to commit to store schedules including weekends and peak retail periods.
• Basic numeracy for handling transactions and simple stock records.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with sales processes, product presentation, and basic cash handling.
• Comfort using point-of-sale systems and simple inventory logs.
• Clear spoken English and the ability to learn product terminology quickly.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and a friendly approach when helping customers.
• Attention to detail for neat displays and accurate transactions.
