🕒 Waktu Bekerja:
<ul>
<li>6 hari seminggu (1 hari cuti)</li>
<li>Shift Pagi: 9.45 pagi – 6.15 petang</li>
<li>Shift Petang: 12.45 tengah hari – 9.15 malam</li>
</ul>
💰 Gaji: RM2,500 – RM3,000 (bergantung kepada pengalaman dan prestasi)
<h3>🎯 Tanggungjawab Utama:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Memastikan operasi harian kedai berjalan lancar dan efisien</li>
<li>Menyelia dan memastikan kehadiran serta kecukupan staf setiap hari</li>
<li>Menyediakan jadual kerja staf mingguan dan mengurus cuti serta penggantian</li>
<li>Menjalankan inventori berkala dan memastikan stok sentiasa mencukupi</li>
<li>Melaksanakan strategi jualan untuk mencapai sasaran yang ditetapkan</li>
<li>Memberi latihan asas kepada staf baharu dan memantau prestasi pasukan</li>
<li>Menyelesaikan isu pelanggan dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan</li>
<li>Menyediakan laporan ringkas prestasi jualan dan operasi kepada pengurusan pusat</li>
</ul>
