<li>Maintain compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and employee benefits.</li>
<li>Address payroll queries, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.</li>
</ul>
<li>Talent Acquisition &amp; Development</li>
<ul>
<li>Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent across all roles.</li>
<li>Design onboarding programs that integrate new hires effectively and align them with the company culture.</li>
<li>Conduct performance reviews and implement career development strategies.</li>
</ul>
<li>Employee Engagement &amp; Culture</li>
<ul>
<li>Organize programs and activities to boost employee morale, engagement, and collaboration.</li>
<li>Be a trusted advisor, addressing employee concerns and building strong relationships.</li>
<li>Create events and initiatives that foster a positive and unified workplace culture.</li>

<li>HR Compliance &amp; Operational Excellence</li>

<li>Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with Malaysia’s labor laws.</li>
<li>Optimize HR processes for efficiency and accuracy, including record keeping and documentation.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed reports and metrics to monitor HR performance and progress.</li>

<li>Disciplinary Management</li>

<li>Handle employee disciplinary matters in a fair and professional manner.</li>
<li>Conduct investigations and apply corrective actions when necessary.</li>
