Job Description

• Be a Class Anchor – Support our public and in-house training sessions by helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Assist with Customer Support – Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp or phone and provide excellent customer service.
• Update Customer Records – Maintain and update customer enquiries and sales reports accurately.
• Support Different Teams – Assist the Sales, Marketing, and Admin teams with daily tasks and special projects whenever needed.
• Support Marketing Activities – Capture photos and videos during training sessions for marketing and company documentation.
• Assist in planning and creating engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Threads).
• Design simple graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut for social media campaigns.
• Write engaging captions and basic marketing copy in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Perform other marketing and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Assist in researching content ideas and current social media trends.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely content delivery.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business, Multimedia, or related field.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
• Familiar with Canva and CapCut.
• Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Background or knowledge in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH/OSHA) is an added advantage.
