Online Marketing Intern

We are looking for Online Marketing Intern (based in Johor Bahru office) for wellness apparel products.

Skintect® is a team that provides wellness apparel and clothing OEM / treatment using our Patented Resonance technology.

Role Description

We are looking for an Online Marketing Intern to support our e-commerce operations, marketing activities, and simple creative tasks. This role involves assisting in managing online stores, handling customer communication, creating basic visuals, supporting social media activities, and coordinating with influencers when needed.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, promotions, and daily operations on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Create simple visuals for social media posts, promotions, and newsletters using Canva or basic design tools.
• Assist with product photo and video shooting, including simple video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools).
• Post routine social media updates on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Research and reach out to potential partners (influencers, wellness brands, etc.) via social media and email.
• Liaise with influencers on video shooting and collaborations when necessary.
• Update daily sales reports in Excel documents and accounting system.
• Send tracking details to customers and assist with order coordination.
• Support other ad hoc marketing and administrative duties as needed.

Job Requirements

Role Requirements

• No experience needed. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. 
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop ads preferred).
• Some experience on Facebook or other e-commerce platform/s is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
• Malaysian who can communicate and write in Mandarin preferred to handle Chinese FB pages and liaise with Chinese speaking business associates.
• Basic understanding in English for daily conversation.
• Responsible, organized, and detail oriented. 
• Proactive and willing to learn. 
• Interest in health, wellness, and lifestyle products is a plus.
• Fast learner and never say die attitude to hunt for new ideas to improve sales and achieve monthly target for commission entitlement.
