• Shoot and edit engaging video content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing strategy.
• Develop creative concepts for talent- and product-focused videos based on provided storylines or campaign goals.
• Optimize content for Instagram by leveraging trending formats, reels, and platform-specific features to boost visibility and engagement.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and techniques to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and effective.
• Collaborate with Content Specialist to incorporate brand messaging and address campaign needs.
• Support campaign-based video shoots as needed, including pre-production planning and on-site execution.
• Maintain and manage video and photography equipment to ensure consistent production quality.
• Edit videos daily, ensuring timely content delivery and high production standards.
• Design original and re-edit graphic posters or motion graphics to enhance video content and maintain visual consistency.
• Perform other tasks as assigned, including participation in special projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Candidate with Professional Certificate, Diploma in Video Production / Film / Mass Communication / Creative Multimedia or equivalent are preferred.
• Require Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro OR CapCut
• Proficient in operating cameras for shooting high-quality video content as part of the video editing process.
• Experience in editing footage or at least familiarity of beauty products on TikTok would be an advantage.
• Familiar in latest social media trend and hot topics.
• Target-oriented and fast learner
