 Responsibility

• Supporting Sales Executive
• Prepare quotations based on sales requirements and internal pricing guidelines.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to manufacturers or suppliers after order confirmation.
• Process confirmed customer orders and ensure all documentation is accurate.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with suppliers and internal teams.
• Track delivery status and ensure products are delivered to the customer’s address on time.
• Maintain and update quotation records, purchase orders, and order documentation.
• Assist the Supervisor in completing daily operational tasks and administrative work.
• Chances to turn into full time after Internship ends (depends on performance).

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply; candidates with relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and basic office software.
• Good organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn and grow with the company.
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
• We prefer ---Chinese--- workers only.
• Able to speak Cantonese will be an advantage.
• Not require visiting clients externally; all work can be performed within the office.
