Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our inhouse products. The Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination between product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. You will be responsible for driving projects from concept to launch, optimizing processes, managing dependencies, and ensuring our product roadmap is delivered effectively. 

 Project Planning & Execution 

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with product strategy. 
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. 
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Act as the primary liaison between product managers, developers, QA, designers, customers, and leadership. 
• Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency. 
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular progress updates.

Process & Delivery Management 

• Implement and refine project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban) to improve delivery efficiency. 
• Monitor key metrics (velocity, release cycles, blockers) and optimize processes. 
• Ensure documentation, processes, and standards are consistently followed.
• Owner of all project documentation like functional specs, technical specs, risk register, meeting notes, etc.
• Plan and lead SIT/UAT sessions.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement 

• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other project ceremonies. 
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team. 
• Mentor junior team members on project management best practices.
• Drive and communicate mid-term and long-term project direction to the team.

Job Requirements

Language

• Must be able to speak Chinese as we work with many chinese-speaking clients.
• Good proficiency in English.

Education & Experience 

• Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma. As long as passionate about tech. 
• 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in IT projects, SaaS or tech environments. 
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Technical & Professional Skills 

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). 
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence). 
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and certifications (PMP) is a plus. 
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, people management and multitasking skills.
• Familiar with BPM, UML diagramming, User Stories.
• Decent general business knowledge.
