We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organised Strategic Partnerships Executive to support the development of strategic partnerships, regional initiatives, and special projects. Working closely with the CEO Office, you will play a key role in coordinating partnerships, business engagements, regional collaborations, and cross-functional initiatives across Malaysia and the region.
The ideal candidate is organised, adaptable, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with stakeholders from various industries. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating projects across different teams, and representing the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and business engagements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
π Strategic Partnership Management: Support the development, coordination, and management of strategic partnerships by maintaining strong relationships with clients, business partners, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
π Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate meetings, partnership discussions, business engagements, and follow-up actions with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
π Business Events & Regional Initiatives: Assist in planning, organising, and executing networking sessions, regional events, industry engagements, conferences, and strategic business initiatives.
π Proposal & Presentation Preparation: Prepare business proposals, partnership decks, presentations, reports, briefing papers, and meeting materials to support business development and executive discussions.
π Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and administrative coordination across multiple strategic initiatives and special projects.
π Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments to coordinate deliverables, align project objectives, and ensure initiatives are executed smoothly and efficiently.
π Market Research & Business Intelligence: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry monitoring, and identify new partnership opportunities to support business growth and regional expansion.
π CEO Office Support: Provide day-to-day coordination and execution support for strategic initiatives, executive priorities, confidential projects, and special assignments led by the CEO Office.
π Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with founders, corporate leaders, government agencies, industry associations, clients, and external stakeholders while representing the company professionally.
π Administrative & Operational Support: Maintain accurate project documentation, partnership records, meeting schedules, and internal communications to ensure smooth execution across all initiatives.
π Business Productivity Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
π Presentation & Documentation: Strong ability to prepare professional presentations, business proposals, reports, meeting agendas, and executive documentation.
π Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms is an advantage.
π Research & Analysis: Ability to conduct market research, industry analysis, stakeholder mapping, and compile business insights into actionable recommendations.
π Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across various levels of stakeholders.

β 2β5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, client servicing, project management, events, or a related field.
β Prior experience supporting senior management, C-suite executives, or executive offices is an advantage.
β Exposure to regional or cross-border projects is an added advantage.
β Strong experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, projects, and business initiatives simultaneously.
β Interest in business strategy, partnerships, corporate development, and regional market expansion.
β Proficiency in Malay, English, and/or any other foreign language(s) are great advantages.
