Location & Ways of Working

This role is based in Mont Kiara, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. We work from the office three days a week, with Wednesdays as our common in-office day. The remaining in-office days are decided by your Team Lead or Manager based on the team's schedule and business needs.

We enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work, but we also believe some of the best conversations and ideas come from working together.

You will become an extension of the CEO's Office, building and nurturing the ecosystem around Skribble.

You'll help strengthen our relationships with partners, industry associations, government agencies, founder communities, and other strategic stakeholders.

Some days you'll prepare a proposal. Other days you'll attend a networking event, support an executive meeting, or research a potential partnership.

What You Will Be Doing:

Build meaningful relationships.

Develop and grow relationships with partners, clients, founders, government agencies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.

Turn introductions into long-term strategic relationships, not just one-off collaborations.

Grow Skribble's ecosystem.

Help expand our network of partners, communities, and organisations while strengthening existing relationships.

Spot opportunities.

Stay close to industry developments, market trends, and business conversations to identify opportunities before they become formal requests.

Turn opportunities into action.

Support strategic projects from initial conversations through proposals, meetings, execution, and follow-up. Keep stakeholders aligned and projects moving.

Represent Skribble.

Attend business meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings as a representative of Skribble.

Job Requirements

Required

• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, sales, marketing, consulting, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and business documents.
• Strong research skills and the ability to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
• Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, clients, partners, and external organisations.
• Willingness to attend networking events, meetings, and business functions when required.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership and internal teams.
• A proactive mindset with strong follow-through and ownership.

Bonus points if you have experience with

• Strategic partnerships or business development within an agency, technology, marketing, or professional services environment.
• Working with government agencies, industry associations, founder communities, or corporate organisations.
• Regional partnerships or cross-border initiatives.
• Client-facing presentations, pitching, or proposal development.
• CRM, sales pipeline, or partnership management tools.
