Job Description

What will you need to do:

📌 Solution Architecting: Translate client business needs into clear technical requirements. Lead the discovery phase to determine if a project requires a simple "no-code" fix or a custom-coded AI integration.

📌 Project Orchestration: Manage the full lifecycle of projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. You will own the timeline, budget, and quality control.

📌 Hands-on Development (Light): Build out initial MVPs, simple websites, or AI workflows (e.g., using LLM, MCP, AI, or Vector DB) before handing off to the senior engineering team for scaling.

📌 Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, simplifying complex technical jargon into actionable business insights.

📌 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure feasibility and work with developers to unblock technical hurdles and manage "scope creep."

📌 AI Evangelism: Continually research and implement the latest AI tools (Agentic workflows, RAG, multimodal models) to improve internal efficiency and client offerings.

📌 Web Fundamentals: Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Python and modern CMS platforms (e.g., Wordpress, Storyblok, or headless Shopify).

📌 AI & Automation: Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini APIs, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks. Deep knowledge of automation tools like n8n or comfyUI.

📌 Data & AI Operations: Basic understanding of vector databases, prompt engineering, and the AI Ops lifecycle (data quality, model testing, and bias mitigation).

📌 Project Management Tools: Mastery of Jira, Linear, or Asana, plus documentation tools like Google Workspace.

📌 The "Now" Factor: Familiarity with the latest 2026 trends, including Agentic AI, voice/conversational interfaces, and real-time data integration.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

✅ 3–5+ years of experience in project management within a digital agency or tech startup
✅ Proven experience managing both technical and cross-functional teams (design & development)
✅ Portfolio or GitHub showcasing projects with both technical and management involvement
✅ Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana) and documentation tools (Google Workspace)
✅ Experience or familiarity with AI frameworks, automation tools, and modern CMS platforms is a strong advantage
✅ Strong communication skills with the ability to justify technical decisions and manage client expectations
