We are looking for a passionate, driven, and user-centric UI/UX Designer who enjoys solving complex problems through thoughtful design. You will work closely with international clients, product strategists, developers, and cross-functional teams to design intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual design, exceptional UX thinking, and is comfortable leading design discussions throughout the product development lifecycle. What will you need to do:

📌 UI & UX Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications while ensuring usability and accessibility best practices.

📌 Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with international clients, developers, product managers, product strategists, and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

📌 User Experience Research & Testing: Analyse user feedback, usability testing results, and product insights to continuously improve user experience and inform future design decisions.

📌 Prototyping & Wireframing: Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and product functionality.

📌 Design Quality Ownership: Take ownership of the overall visual quality, design consistency, assets, and user interface components throughout the product development lifecycle.

📌 Design-to-Development Collaboration: Partner closely with developers during implementation, providing design guidance, resolving UI challenges, and ensuring design accuracy throughout development.

📌 Design Reviews & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough UI/UX reviews before and during development to ensure products meet design standards, user expectations, and project requirements.

📌 Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging design trends, industry best practices, accessibility standards, and evolving technologies to continuously improve design quality.

📌 Other Responsibilities: Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support the design team and business objectives.

Technical Requirements & Toolstack:

📌 Figma: Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Design Systems, Variables, Interactive Prototyping, and Developer Handoff.

📌 UX Design: Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, usability, and interaction design.

📌 UI Design: Excellent visual design skills with strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, spacing, layout, and responsive design principles.

📌 Prototyping: Experience creating interactive prototypes and validating user journeys before development.

📌 Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Slack, or similar collaboration platforms is an advantage.

📌 Developer Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical constraints during implementation.

Qualifications:

✅ 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Digital Design, or a related field.

✅ Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile application design projects from research through final UI.

✅ Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern UI/UX design workflows.

✅ Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.

✅ Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

✅ Bonus if you have previous experience as a Product Designer, Developer, Software Engineer, Product Manager, or similar technology-related role.
