Location & Ways of Working

This role is based in Mont Kiara, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. We work from the office three days a week, with Wednesdays as our common in-office day. The remaining in-office days are decided by your Team Lead or Manager, based on the team's schedule and project needs.

We enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work, but we also believe some of the best ideas come from working together.

What you will be doing

Understand before you design.

Every project starts with understanding the client's business, goals, audience, and challenges. You will ask questions, participate in discovery sessions, and use those insights to create thoughtful design solutions.

Design with purpose.

Create responsive websites and digital experiences that balance user needs, business goals, accessibility, and technical feasibility.

A great website should not only look good, it should communicate clearly, build trust, and help users achieve what they came to do.

Collaborate throughout the project.

Work closely with strategists, developers, marketers, project managers, and clients to bring ideas to life. Design is a collaborative process, and we value open discussions and constructive feedback.

Keep improving.

Use user feedback, analytics, usability testing, and client input to refine your work throughout the project.

Raise the standard.

Contribute to design systems, reusable components, and better design practices across the agency.

If you join us as a Senior Designer, you will also be expected to lead design discussions, mentor teammates, present ideas to clients, and help shape our design standards and processes.

Job Requirements

What we are looking for

Required

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Web Design, Product Design, or a related role. (Senior candidates will typically have 5+ years of relevant experience.)
• A portfolio showcasing responsive websites and your end-to-end design process.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including:
• Auto Layout
• Components
• Design Systems
• Variables
• Interactive Prototyping
• Developer Handoff

A solid understanding of:

• User research
• Branding-to-website translation
• Information architecture
• User flows
• Wireframing
• Responsive design
• Accessibility
• Typography and visual hierarchy

Bonus points if you have experience with

• Digital or creative agencies
• Corporate websites, campaign websites, or e-commerce platforms
• SEO-aware or conversion-focused design
• HTML and CSS fundamentals
• Mentoring designers or leading client presentations

Portfolio

A portfolio is required.

We would love to see more than polished visuals.

Show us how you approached the problem, explored different ideas, and arrived at your final solution. Whether it is through research, wireframes, prototypes, or case studies, we are interested in understanding your thinking just as much as the outcome.

Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered.
