- Perform file and matter scanning.
- Conduct file review and destruction activities.
- Conduct conflict checks and searches.
- Update matter and file locations for external storage.
- Update client details, billing addresses, matter descriptions, file transfers, file reopening, and other parties’ information in the Affinity system.
- In charge of Central Filing storage and compactors, including the organisation and maintenance of filing areas.
- Provide support for documents and files kept in SAFE.
- Assist with the closing of IP and Litigation (LIT) files.
- Assist in preparing and updating IP and Litigation (LIT) file status reports.
- Compile and manage outgoing office correspondence.
- Prepare the daily closing summary report.
- Perform dispatch duties, including collecting files from Regalia.

- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Candidate should be computer literate.
- Must be physically fit.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
