Job Description

• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and cost estimates. 
• Support the preparation of project quotations and tender documents. 
• Assist in sourcing and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. 
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control throughout project execution. 
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final account documentation. 
• Coordinate with the Project, Design, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate costing. 
• Maintain project cost records and documentation. 
• Perform other QS-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field. 
• Internship duration: 3 to 10 months. 
• Basic understanding of quantity surveying principles and construction costing. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction drawings is an advantage. 
• Able to work independently as well as in a team. 
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges.
