Job Description

As a Project Intern (Interior Design), you will:

• Assist in project coordination from design stage to site execution 
• Support in monitoring site progress and work quality 
• Attend site visits and assist in supervision of ongoing works 
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal team 
• Help in preparing project schedules, reports, and documentation 
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications 
• Assist in tracking materials, deliveries, and installations 
• Support in resolving basic site issues under supervision 
• Assist in ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope 
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by project manager/designe

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Project Management or related field 
• Strong interest in site work and project coordination 
• Basic understanding of interior drawings and construction process 
• Good communication and coordination skills 
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented 
• Willing to travel and attend site visits regularly 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Proactive, hands-on, and willing to learn 
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / drawings is an advantage
