- Welcome and assist patients professionallyÂ
- Manage appointments, registrations, and follow-upsÂ
- Ensure smooth patient flow and positive clinic experienceÂ

- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media enquiriesÂ
- Provide information regarding treatments, promotions, and appointmentsÂ
- Coordinate communication between patients and clinic teamÂ

- Maintain patient records and documentationÂ
- Assist with billing and payment collectionÂ
- Ensure reception and waiting area remain organized and welcoming
Job Requirements

- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Friendly personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable handling customer interaction and administrative work
- Basic computer and coordination skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Prior experience in customer service, receptionist, or clinic administration is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply
