- Responsible for overseeing strategic and operational business development efforts.
- Identify and create new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and boost revenue.
- Attend industry networking events to attract and retain clients.
- Engage with potential clients and facilitate their onboarding.
- Maintain high-quality customer service by following up with clients regularly.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for business growth.
- Update and manage sales, marketing, and business development materials.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Work with management to achieve sales targets.
- Execute outbound campaigns to generate sales leads.
- Provide support for various team tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have a professional and neat appearance.
- Excellent networking and customer service abilities, with strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Passionate about establishing and nurturing relationships.
- Proficient in conducting detailed market research and identifying business prospects.
- Positive mindset towards challenges and adept at working effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities, with efficient task prioritization skills.
- Skilled at maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Team player with strong collaborative skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in using computers.
- Must have own transportation and be open to traveling.
